The Rawalpindi administration has registered cases against 29 housing societies pursuing development work without the approval of layout plans from the relevant department. The cases have been registered in different police stations including Saddar, Chauntra, Rawat, Morgah, and Naseerabad, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Scheme Inspector Shehzad Mehmood said. The official said that during a survey, he witnessed that the construction work was underway in Blue World City without the approval of a layout plan by the authority.
